We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Southeast Asia. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your country.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way to your door.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
We want you and your little one to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, unworn items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date (not the order date), so your return window isn't eaten up by transit time.
To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@beddybyeshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Items marked as final sale, and any costume that has been worn, washed, or is missing its original tags, are not eligible for return.
